Overview
The University of Tennessee Volunteers baseball team represents the University of Tennessee in NCAA Division I. The team competes in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and plays its home games at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. The Volunteers have won three SEC championships (1991, 1995, and 2005) and have appeared in five College World Series (1951, 1991, 1995, 2001, and 2005).
2015 Season
The 2015 Tennessee Volunteers baseball team finished 3rd in the SEC East with a record of 76-63. The Volunteers were led by All-American outfielder Derek Fisher, who batted .343 with 15 home runs and 56 RBIs. The Volunteers also had a strong pitching staff, led by All-American pitcher Andy Cox, who went 10-4 with a 2.56 ERA.
